1. Software Licensing & ERP Usage

When you subscribe to the TaleemAI School ERP System, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your institutional operations.

• The ERP software remains the intellectual property of TaleemAI.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
• Accounts and logins are restricted to authorized personnel of the registered institution only.

2. User Data & Responsibilities

As an educational institution using our services, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the system (e.g., student details, fee records).

• You must ensure you have the right to process parent and student data under applicable local laws.
• TaleemAI acts strictly as a data processor and will not be liable for any data entry errors made by your staff.
• You must keep your administrative passwords and access credentials secure.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

We strive to provide the best value for our services. Please note our payment terms:

• SaaS Subscriptions: ERP and Hosting subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of services.
• Robotics Kits: Physical products purchased from our shop are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Digital Marketing: Ad spends and campaign management fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been initiated and published.

4. Uptime & Maintenance

TaleemAI ensures a 99.9% uptime for its cloud ERP and hosted websites. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or emergency security patches. We will notify school administrators in advance whenever possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TaleemAI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or our Software.
